This Rotel VTL Advantage 4 Deck, High Crown Bakery Oven – AUR34DHC features variable temperature loading, is easy to operate and energy efficient. There is less downtime with a LIVE inbuilt steaming system fitted to all chambers. Each chamber is individually controlled with touchscreen controllers centrally.
The internal baking chambers are stainless steel with the doors and fascia also being of stainless steel construction. The door glass is made of 10mm thick tempered glass and the tray holders are welded steel and fitted standard to all decks. The turntable drive system is bottom mounted and castors are fitted as standard.
