COATING: These trays are supplied with a non-stick coating.

This flat baking tray is manufactured in Australia and is available in a range of sizes, to suit all industrial, commercial or domestic ovens.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Silicone coated trays do not require ‘burning in’. Doing so may cause irreparable damage to coating resulting in poor release properties.
PTFE coated trays should be oiled when new.
Failure to oil new trays when first used can affect release properties and longevity.
