MATERIAL: Trays are usually manufactured from 1.6mm aluminium. May also be made from 2.0mm aluminium, 1.6mm or 2.00mm marine grade aluminium, 1.2mm aluminised steel or mild steel (black steel) if sufficient quantity at an additional cost.

COATING OPTIONS: These trays are usually supplied uncoated, however, at an additional cost, can be supplied with either clear silicone or Black PTFE (this coating requires aluminium trays to be 2mm thick).

This Swiss-style perforated flat baking tray is manufactured in Australia and is available in a range of sizes, in configurations to suit all industrial, commercial or domestic ovens.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Silicone coated trays do not require ‘burning in’. Doing so may cause irreparable damage to coating resulting in poor release properties.
• PTFE coated trays should be oiled when new.
• Failure to oil new trays when first used can affect release properties and longevity.
