This Paramount 4 Deck Electric Modular Deck Oven – 4MD02 is of modular construction allowing additional decks to be added if required. Each deck is fitted with internal lights, stone soles and steam.
There are an independent top and bottom temperature control for each deck with a temperature range of 0°C-300°C. This oven can accommodate trays up to 460mm x 760mm and comes fitted with castors and lock down feet.
