This Paramount bench model slicer features a sturdy and compact design with a progressive traction lever on the loaf pusher and plastic fingers to hold the bread once sliced. It has perfect blade tension for uniform slice thickness and has the capacity to slice approximately 200 loaves per hour. Optional stand not included and is an additional cost.
