This LRM1 Bread Moulder is compact in size and space saving. It’s 4 sheeting rollers express all gases for tighter mould and improved texture. The machine is capable of moulding dough sizes from 30 to 90 grams and features an emergency safety stop bar on the chute and an emergency stop button.

It is able to produce a large variety of products including flat products e.g. Pizza bases, Foccacia, Ciabatta etc.  The machine also comes with a 12 months parts and labour warranty.
