This long moulder has stainless steel externals and is on brake castors for ease of cleaning and mobility. It features 2 sets of adjustable rollers to express gas from dough pieces, has a stainless steel curling tray and a catch tray at the end of the conveyor belt. It has an adjustable infeed width, adjustable pressure board, and adjustable side guides to suit the width of the loaf.

This long moulder can work a weight range from 200g-1200g. An optional 4 piece cutting system with drop-in blades is available.  The machine also comes with a 12 months parts and labour warranty.
