This Hobart 30 Litre Legacy Series Planetary Mixer – Model HL300 has a 30-litre bowl capacity and comes with a bowl, dough hook, whip and beater.

It features a stainless steel easy-on-easy off bowl safety guard and the drive mechanism is gear driven with a 3-speed gearbox.

It features a Digital control panel with a countdown timer for efficient and accurate mixing and has 3 speeds plus stir for combining ingredients.

Optional accessories include a Bowl scraper, splash cover and mincing attachment are available at an additional cost.
