FEATURES: Pans are manufactured from 0.7mm aluminised steel with double folded corners, Each pan is fitted with a 5mm diameter rim wire, Braces are manufactured from 1.2mm aluminised steel, Standard brace width is 70mm.

DIMENSIONS: Overall – 400mm x 282mm, Depth – 125mm, Inside top – 268mm x 134mm, Outside base – 254mm x 122mm

MATERIAL: Aluminised steel with a clear silicone coating, available in Fluted or Plain Finish and with or without steam holes.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Proper care and maintenance are crucial to maximizing the life of your bread pans.
• Silicone coated pans do not require ‘burning in’. Doing so may cause irreparable damage to coating resulting in poor release properties.
• Empty pans should never be placed in hot ovens.
• Pans must be oiled before each and every use.
• Non-Stick coated pans require to be oiled when new. Failure to oil new pans when first used will affect the life of the coating.
• Pans should be hand washed in warm soapy water and no scourers or sharp objects should be used.
