This Bear Planetary Mixer is fitted with a VL-1 control panel, manual speed regulation, manual bowl lift. The controls are centrally mounted with an emergency stop switch and start/stop control with timer set/shut off function.  The machine comes with an 80-litre reinforced stainless steel bowl, whip, hook and beater.
