This planetary cake mixer has a 40-litre bowl capacity in which the bowl is situated at a good working height. It features limit switches on the safety guard and bowl lift and comes with an emergency stop button and safety cut out switch. It is belt driven with a 3-speed synchromesh gearbox. An optional bowl dolly is available at an additional cost. The machine also comes with a 12 months parts and labour warranty.
