This dough divider is easy to operate with a round dough bed for ease of equal dividing. It features a protective cover over the motor and electrical switches and there is easy access via the safety interlocked panels front and rear to inside the machine for cleaning and maintenance. There is a clearly visible oil level on the reservoir tank and a sieve in the bottom of the machine to catch any crumbs from dividing dough. The machine also comes with a 12 months parts and labour warranty. The dough divider is a bakery and pastry industrial piece of equipment used for volumetric division, replacing manual labour through a mechanical system. Dough dividers are used in bakeries to divide high volumes of dough into quantities of equal size, with the aid of cutting knives.
